Marking the director’s first foray into directing a music video, this project was created in collaboration with the renowned YouTuber and classical music duo TwoSet Violin.
Driven by the director’s background in classical music, the project felt like an inevitable creative calling—a match made in heaven. The narrative sensitively depicts the hardship of Tchaikovsky’s homosexuality, while honouring the enduring beauty of his influence as a romantic era icon. Featuring performers from the Hong Kong Ballet, the visual storytelling seamlessly weaves classical dance with narrative depth, elevating the artistic heritage behind Tchaikovsky’s masterpiece. The resulting MV stands as a proud achievement for the entire team, delivering a resonant fusion of visual artistry and musical history.
