Inspired by the TV drama “Big Biz Duel”, we uses a corporate strategy backdrop to repackage the updated ordinance. Blending drama with informative content, the video adopts a familiar TV style, fast-paced editing, and sharp dialogue to balance entertainment and education, enhancing engagement and improving public understanding of the updated ordinance.
